By accessing the KMF Dash website at www.kmfdash.autos or engaging the services of Kmf Express Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
KMF Dash, a brand of Kmf Express Inc., provides transportation, courier, logistics, and related services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these terms.
All website content is the property of Kmf Express Inc. You may view and download content for personal or internal business reference but may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
Clients agree to provide accurate shipment information, ensure proper packaging, provide safe access for pickup and delivery, and disclose any hazardous or special handling requirements.
Payment terms are specified in each Service Agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest as specified. Kmf Express Inc. reserves the right to pause services for accounts more than 30 days past due.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kmf Express Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
